TUNA DOES VEGAS, starring the incomparable GREATER TUNA duo, Joe Sears and Jaston Williams, reunites the lovable and eccentric characters from the "third smallest town in Texas" as they take a rambling romp in Sin City.
The hilarity begins when oddball-conservative radio host Arles Struvie announces on air that he and his wife, Bertha Bumiller, are heading to Vegas to renew their wedding vows, and everyone in Tuna, Texas, goes along for the ride!
TUNA DOES VEGAS balances an affectionate comment on small-town life and attitudes with a hilarious satire of the same. The eclectic band of citizens that make up this town are all portrayed by Sears and Williams, making this send-up on life in rural America even more delightful as they depict the inhabitants of Tuna -- men AND women -- as well as Vegas showgirls, Elvis impersonators and more!

THE IMMIGRANT is a musical about a young Jewish immigrant who fled the pogroms of Czarist Russia in 1909 and pushed his banana cart into the tiny Baptist community of Hamilton, Texas. Given shelter by a childless older couple, he sent for his wife, raised a family, and made this town his home. It's a true story of parents and children, newcomers and natives, Christians and Jews, and the realization of the American Dream.
This play was written by Mark Harelik with Country-Western, Texas Swing and Eastern European-style music by Steve Alper with lyrics by Sarah Knapp.
